LNJPIT has a permanent campus of 45 acres located near by Government Medical College Chapra of Bihar in India. It is 8 kilometres from Chhapra Junction and 5 kilometres from Chhapra bus-stand situated at Chhapra Kachahari. Regular auto rickshaw services are available from both places to the institute. It is approximately 1.5 kilometres from Chhapra Bypass Road.
